You need an active user account to chat.
1. In the overview list you see all active tasks where help is needed. For each task, you can see the title, category and location of the task.

2. Click on a task to see all the details
3. If you have a question or want to clarify something, click on the button “Get in touch”.
4. In the chat you can exchange information with the person seeking help.
