SAM supports social cohesion and solidarity with one another during the challenging corona crisis.
Digital neighbourhood aid
Users and helpers are brought together digitally and in a structured way, personal contact is avoided.
SAM - S mart Aid Mobile
SAM is a digital mediation platform between helpful, less vulnerable people and vulnerable people who need help.
“We are SAM” – the official song:
SAM is your digital neighbourhood help and supports you in an uncomplicated way and without any paperwork.
It is a digital mediation platform between people who are willing to help and people who need help. Tasks can be put online quickly and easily and you will quickly receive support from your city/community. You can decide for yourself who should do the required task.
The aim of SAM is to quickly find tasks for which support is needed and to carry out tasks that are carried out by local helpers. Thus, solidarity and helpfulness is digitally supported and people in need quickly receive the support they need in their city or community.

SAM’s not flying solo. SAM is supported by strong partners:
Let’s help together!
Seldom has it been more important to stand together and help. Contribute with us to the common good in this difficult time of crisis.
SAM was born in Innsbruck, the home of the duftner.digital group.
Tyrol has been hit particularly hard, which is why it is a matter of great concern to us to provide SAM as a platform that can offer support to the Austrians in these difficult times.
Dipl.-Ing. Elisabeth Blanik, Mayor of the city of Lienz:
“There is an incredible willingness of people to get involved during the crisis. SAM serves as a tool for them to do so – according to the motto ‘help comes to those who need it’.”
Mag. Dieter Duftner, Founder and managing director of duftner.digital group GmbH:
“In times of crisis, we must act quickly. SAM is a product of duftner.digital, and we can draw on over 10 years of expertise in the field of digitization. Digital solutions can make a fast and effective contribution here.”
Mag. Johannes Haid, Member of the Board Hypo Tirol Bank:
“Solidarity and initiative are the two most important cornerstones that make us strong as a society. Always. And especially in difficult times. Therefore, there is no question that we are happy to support SAM.”
